Between 20:15 and 20:42 UTC a subset of users may have experienced problems with delayed email delivery due to Azure connection issues affecting CodeTwo. Our engineers forced a failover to a secondary environment to mitigate the problem. All emails were delivered with signatures to final recipients.

We are currently working with Microsoft Premier Support to understand the problem in detail.

All services are operating normally.
